Cleanliness and staff traits

I love the ground of the property. Could use a little maintenance on some of the areas, but otherwise it’s fairly well maintained. Their staff are amazing, very accommodating and friendly. My mom is disabled and we had to use wheelchair for her, which easily accommodated by staff. Our stay was perfect, relaxing, peaceful, and just the way we like it. We stayed after the major holiday of the New year. The Filipino restaurant have good food, but can’t say much on their Thai restaurant. Location is a little out of the way, but otherwise I would return again.

1. People were so respectful and courteous, greeting you a good morning / afternoon every time you meet one.2. Food offerings are superb; with good variety choices.3. Facilities and amenities are clean and well-maintained.4. Highly recommendable is Olie of The Mill who provided us with best customer service. Also to mentioned Jayvee Pabroa who ensures we are updated on the upcoming events and food offers, including our complimentary boat transfer.

None I can think of. On the contrary, everything even exceeded my expectations.

Services, uncoordinated , lacking poop towels, we ordered dinner was verified after an hour only to find out that majority of our order are not available when they’re about to serve it . This is our 5th time and we experienced the worst . We understand that a lot of guest are in the resort but they should have better way of preparing .

very nice staff and also very very helpful and the food tasted great and just alot of things to do like jet skis, swimming pools, church, and alot of swimming areas but my most favorite is the swimming pool. would come again

nothing everything was great

The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious. Serene pool, ocean, and mountain view. We also like the accessibility of snorkeling area just right bu the entrance of the resort.

F&B needs improvements from food being served to the pleasantness of some (not all) staff. We stayed for a couple of days and we were served nearly the same breakfast foods daily. Menu availability is quite limited and quality of some food items for in room and restaurant dining are substandard.

Our stay at Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation was truly exceptional—their service is unparalleled, with polite and accommodating staff who promptly fulfilled every request. The resort has luscious food, clean surroundings, top-notch amenities, and excellent facilities, making it the perfect place for comfort and relaxation. I’m so glad I chose to celebrate my daughter’s 9th birthday here—the experience was unforgettable, and the price was absolutely worth it.

Very peaceful and beautiful island.

I was in villa with private pool water was too cold for kids .

The place is nice because it was relaxing, quiet, and have peace in mind.

It takes longer for the food we order. There were printed menu given in each room but when we take our order , it was not available, so I suggest that put only menu in each room that will be available on that particular day, so that the guest will not always give an order but always decline.Another when we have a room ready it takes longer to deliver our luggage. It was wasted our time since we want to swim but our swimwear was in the luggage.

First off, the value is amazing. You don’t get this kind of experience usually for twice the price. The location is remote and quiet, the facilities and landscape are beautiful, the staff is warm and attentive, and the food is amazing, reasonably priced, especially the Thai restaurant. I mean they could gouge you. You’re on an island after all, but they don’t.

The cons: like most hotels in the Philippines, the management hasn’t put in effective processes for the amazing staff to follow. The instructions given to guests are confusing and the staff often doesn’t know the answers or processes to get things done. This is not on them but clearly the management isn’t on the ground to assess and improve the experience.The only other thing is the snorkeling is subpar. They could improve it with some reef restoration. If they took one third the care they spend on the grass around the resort on their reefs, they really could have an amazing place.

Everyone and Everything was fantastic! My Villa was perfect for my taste, providing the right amount of shade outside and the perfect lighting inside. I'm huge on flowers and Aesthetic and having those in my living room, bathroom and patio made all the difference. The pool outside my room was the perfect temperature always and overlooking the ocean which was surrounded by beautiful trees, and natural sounds of ocean waves, coupled with chirping birds.My Butler Greg was FANTASTIC- He paid attention to details and made sure my needs were always met, including suggesting great meals according to my palate. He also got the right angles for my pictures, got a cart for me on time and set up my laundry/alterations. I always felt safe because he was always there, even for my appointments. Even when I fell ill with a cold, he'd check on me frequently and suggest meals and my requested meds to my room to facilitate rest.My first room was very clean thanks to the house keeping staff who refreshed my room daily, Arjay(flowers), Ruthy, Hannah, Dianna and MJ. Thanks for the personable love notes on my bed :)FOOD: You will not be disappointed. The chefs are fantastic and so are the meal choices. Having been there over a week, I still had choices and skipped the Western Restaurant. I dined mostly at the Tariatric Grill (Filipino) and Thai restaurant (steak is fantastic here) and daily breakfast at the Mill. Appreciative staff here include Cherry, Sofia, Shan, Almer and CyverSPA: Ohhh! Fantastic job by both Marysol (swedish kind since she's softer) and Lyneth (deep tissue/sport for more power). They treated me with respect and such lavish care. Visited at least 3 times since it was a bit pricier. I would have been there daily as I do in Thailand.My driver to the airport, Cember was such great company. He got me there on time.ACTIVITIES: I Mostly rested but there is miniature golf, 3-hole golf, giant chess, tennis and basketball court.

Having neighbors eventually in the adjoining room of the villa. Did not like hearing themHaving birds invade the roof at one night. They checked on it immediately after I reported and found a nest. They moved me same day to another room which was okay but not my favorite.

The property is relaxing as usual. The staff are accommodating.

We’re supposed to have dinner at The Mill in our last night but found out it was closed. It would be nicer if there was a notice of what restos are open and close ahead of time.

We loved the beautiful resort; the gardens and greenery were well maintained, rooms felt clean, and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating.

Our only gripe is that service wasn't as attentive (they were all friendly but i think perhaps could use a bit more training)Things like: 1. speed of clearing out dirty dishes from tables that have been vacated2. Turn around time between ordering and serving food (in-room dining 45mins- 1 hour; pizza in the restaurant 45 mins)3. Providing fresh towels by the pool ( or atleast make it visible to guests so they can help themselves)Finally a funny anecdote that happened to my family in two different occassions, is that whenever you check in with someone with a foreign sounding name, the management uses this name in welcome signages inspite of majority of the party sharing the Filipino last name. In our case I (the female) have the foreign last name, while my male companion had a Filipino last name and yet they put the welcome signage as Mr. <Foreign last name>All in all, a wonderful experience and only shared the above for future consideration to refine service
